If it's to be then it's up to me!
Everyone needs encouragement. No one of us will ever achieve anything without help.
A word of encouragement from a leader can inspire a person to reach his or her potential
“Treat a man as if he already were what he could be and you will make him what he should be”
If you are encouraged to believe that you can achieve great results in the work you participate in, this helps with self esteem. Having a good opinion of yourself creates a positive energy which draws other positive people to you.
Believe in yourself and believe that you can achieve, you may have to leave your comfort zone and also the people near to you that no longer share your views or are trying to hold you back.
Stepping out isn’t easy, but in the end it’s worth it to find new opportunities. Start each day with the expectation of having success.
Be ethical in all your relationships – open and honesty is the key to building trust. Except responsibility for all of your actions and make an effort to understand the needs of others.
Good planning and hard work lead to prosperity.
Don’t form conclusions until you have all the facts and figures.
Don’t waste your time on trivial matters. If it’s to be it’s up to me!
Have a daily challenge – attempt to do what you haven’t done before, don’t compare yourself with others, we are all unique.
